The setup process includes defining the type of documents required and linking it to Doc-Solv. Once operational, the reminders will go out, and documents will come in automatically.

Doc-Solve can handle unlimited users.

03. What steps will the customer have to take to scan a document?

They will receive an automatic email and/or text, open a link, take a snap and it will be uploaded to the cloud, as well as be presented to your agents.

04. How long does it take to set up?

It usually takes 24 hours if there are no special requirements. If you have any unique requests, it may take about a week or two to taylor it to your specific needs

05. What if the files scanned are unreadable?

The documents are checked by your staff, who can request another copy or accept it’s condition. There is an option to take another photo for the user as well.

06. Will it run with my CRM?

10. What kind of file types does Doc-Solve record the scans in?

The majority of documents are .PDF . JPEG and .PNG. The file types depend on the what the situation suits best. For example IDs will be est stored in .JPEG or .PNG, however a multi page document like a Birth Certificate will be stored as a .PDF.

11. Does it work with DropBox?

Absolutely yes. We can also integrate other cloud based storage of your choice during the setup process.

12. Can I run Doc-solve on my server?

Doc-Solve works best when it is cloud based.
